The 2026 Nissan Z Heritage Edition celebrates the spirit of the famous Z Car with modern performance, familiar design details, and features inspired by its past. Arriving at dealerships in late September, this special edition will be offered in three levels: Sport, Performance, and NISMO.
Signature bronze 19-inch RAYS wheels, twin-turbo badging along the lower edge of the doors, and the return of Midnight Purple paint help connect this new Z to the models enthusiasts remember. Inside, three gauges on top of the dash display turbocharger boost pressure, turbine speed, and battery voltage for a performance-focused feel.

The 2026 Nissan Z Heritage Edition is offered in three trim levels, giving drivers different ways to experience the Z’s blend of turbocharged power, driver-focused design, and modern technology. From the well-equipped Sport to the upgraded Performance and track-inspired NISMO, each trim brings its own personality to this iconic Nissan sports car.
Nissan Z Sport
The Z Sport features a 3.0L twin-turbo V6 engine with 400 horsepower, with the option of a six-speed manual transmission or a nine-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters. It also includes an 8-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, intelligent cruise control, push-button start, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and 18-inch Yokohama ADVAN Sport high-performance tires.
Nissan Z Performance
The Z Performance adds a limited-slip differential, 19-inch RAYS forged lightweight aluminum wheels, and Bridgestone Potenza S007 high-performance tires. Inside, it offers an eight-speaker Bose sound system, a 9-inch center dash touchscreen with navigation, NissanConnect, a Wi-Fi hotspot, aluminum sport pedals, and leather-appointed heated seats.
Z NISMO
The Z NISMO raises the excitement with 420 horsepower, a faster-shifting transmission, NISMO suspension, NISMO brakes, wider wheels with added grip, and a revised aero package. Interior details include red-anodized engine start and drive mode buttons, Recaro manual-adjust seats, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel with a red 12 o’clock marking.
